FOOD TO ENERGY
It is estimated that HALF OF ALL FOOD is wasted in kitchens, restaurants, processing plants, supermarkets, and during transportation and distribution.
Food waste is ENERGY DENSE.
Could all that unspent energy be harnessed in some way?
